Detailed description
Vineyard
Calcareous-clay soil, at the estate of La Muela whose vineyard plot original name was "Pago of the Balagueses".
Cultivation
It is practiced according to natural cultural practices, organic certification, and with 2.3 Kg net outputs per vine.
Production
The traditional method has been followed to extract the traditional quality of the variety. Ageing on fine lees using the technique of removing with a cane in the barrique in order to achieve fullness in mouth. The stay in french oak tree barrique has lasted for 10 months.
Taste
Violet colour with a good layer.
Smell is intense and expressive, purple flower, ripe black fruit, balsamic touches with a background of soft smoky notes. With airation some vanilla delicate and not very sweet notes appear.
In the mouth shows good offense, medium-bodied, acidity is right, long and well balanced being tannins soft.
