Prices are based on a 10 Kg weight (roughly 7 bottles of wine and 5 bottles of cava). In the moment of making the order you will know the exact price of the transport. For orders more than 30 Kg, please, check prices before ordering.
Prices include VAT and insurance against loss and breakage.
Vinos y Cavas clients are guaranteed the possibility to cancel their order at any moment and with no cost provided the cancellation is communicated before the order has been delivered to he transport company.
If the notification is received once the order has been delivered to the transport company it will be considered a refund.
Our aim is that from the very beginning to the very end of the buy the satisfaction of the client is absolute so we take care along all the shipment in order to all the expect ions of the client are fulfilled. Just in case you keep in mind to make a refund please take into account these conditions :
a) Refund for a defective product.
If at the reception of the order at home you see that the packaging is deteriorated or damaged, please, do not accept the delivery and contact us as soon as possible phoning at +34.687.901.883 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When possible you should open the packaging before the carrier just in case some bottle or product could be damaged or in bad condition.
b) Refund because of wrong delivery.
In case of a wrong product being delivered to the client by the shipping company, it will be withdrawn and the correct one will be delivered without any cost.
c) Refund for not addressing the needs.
The client will be able to give back any product provided that it has not been opened or used as well as the original seal and packaging are conserved. The term to refund is 5 days from the reception of the order. In these cases the buy will be given back by the payment in the credit card or bank transfer to the account indicated by the client. It is also important to highlight that costs of transport will be on the client..
Anyhow, independently of the reason of the refund, the client has to send an email to the following address : email@example.com, indicating the order number and the reason of the refund. We will contact the client as soon as possible.
