The rosé wine is a wine defined by its colour, it is simmilar to white wines by its finesse and freshness and to red ones by its aromatic complexity and colour, just enough, according to the grapes and techniques of production used. The main feature of the rosé wines is their attractive appareance, their freshness and fruity and carbonic touches, in some cases, which give such a pleasant spark to these wines.
