Detailed description

Making

Alcoholic fermentation and particular maceration (25 days) in a stainless steel tank under controlled temperatures between 25ºC - 28ºC.

Ageing

In French oak barrels for 14 months and tuned in bottle for 12 months at least.

Tasting

Dark ruby colour.

Attractive bouquet of red fruits with a touch of soft spice given by its ageing in oak.

Mature tannins. A wine with character.

Drinking Temperature

    16º - 18º
