Vineyards

Real Sitio de Ventosilla farm land is made of seven plots of land. Just the best harvested grapes inside them are the ones chosen for making this Pradorey rosé Blush type. Earth is deep and clay lime. Trellis plantations show North and South orientations and mean height is about 790 metres (2591 ft).

Making

The variety haversted is native and called "Tempranillo" with 100% Ribera del Duero place name. Grapes just in the right point of ripeness are the ones used.

After the vatting of the harvest, a minimum and particular maceration of the must is performed using husks during one hour. Later, press is made, putting the must for fermentation inside stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature of 16 ºC.

Tasting Note

Light rose, clean and shiny colour.

High intensity aromas where red fruit like strawberry or cherry are dominant, rose flowers essence, jasmine and edelweiss. Fresh and smooth background.

Tasty in mouth, acidity with alcohol is very well balanced. Ripe fruity aftertaste. Long lasting, persistent, fresh and dynamic.
