Selected harvest in 12 kg crates. Fermented under controled temperature of 16ºC for 15 days in maceration tanks. Fermentation takes place in 500 litres new French barrels for 5 months.
Bright straw colour.Fruit aroma, frost, floral, herbes of dressing table, spicy, refined.In mouth is powerful, tasty, balanced, good acidity.
