Detailed description

Making

Vinification starts with a partial fermentation of bleeding must which stops when percentage of alcohol reaches 6%. For that purpose the must is cooled at -2 ºC. The partial fermentation continues in isobaric tanks (cylindrical-conical stainless steal tanks) up to get a percentage of alcohol of 9 - 10 %. When this point is reached, the fermentation is stopped with cold getting sparkiling bubbles. Sugar of grapes that has not been fermented are in charge of offering the sweety character of this wine.

During bottling carbonic is added so we add the frizzante of the bubbles to the freshness of the acid strawberry of the bobal.

Tasting

	Attractive salmon colour, clean and brilliant.
	In nose is very suggestive, with a lot of red fruit tinged by a light herbaceous and a shy touch of background citric. Franc and very fresh aromas.
	In mouth is tasteful, greedy (but no cloying), with a light integrated carbonic and a soft and very fresh journey. Delicious strawberries which also stay in mind thanks to a long end.
	A perfect wine for snacks, white meat and also ideal to substitute or complement cocktail bar.
