Fine red wine 100% unique plot due to the exceptional characteristics of the grapes that make up this wine, it has tried to maintain both its varietal purity and its extraordinary complexity received from an unrivaled soil and orientation. Vineyard rests at 910 m altitude, allowing the berries to fully mature and improve acidity for a perfect growth.

Making

Maceration pre-fermentative in cold of 24 h in stainless steel tanks, where it performs its alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature .

Aged for 15 months in new French oak casks.

Tasting

	High chromatic intensity, with purple and shapely shades.
	Its clear willows uncover the definition of the variety, appearing in the same plane primary tones of blackberr, licorice and violet with the tension of an oak that allows to extol virtues like the sweet spices, pepper and toffe.
	The taste is an implosion of flavors attached to a tannin structure.
	Goes well with cold meats, pasta dishes and spicy stews. In particular with boiled, grilled, roast lamb, roast pork, red meat stews and delicate birds.
