Detailed description

Tempranillo from selected pagos given to its scarce production and handmade harvested in crates of 15 Kgs. Grapes are unloaded by gravity for its handcrafted making in 8,000 litres tanks.

Making

Malolactic fermentation in barrel.

Ageing

In barrel of new French oak cleft for 15 months and tuned in bottel for at least 6 months.

Cata

	Very dark cherry red colour.
	In nose highlight very rich notes of wild black fruits where the ageing in barrel reveal some very fine touches of vanilla aroma spicies.
	In mouth is dense, elegant, with a highlighted volume which armonizes with silky and expressive tannins.
