Vineyards

Recovery of vineyards more than 60 years old, making a clonal selection of the best old Godello land plots which exist at the Bierzo.

Clayey and chalky soil with decomposed slate.

Making

Fermentation takes place between 12ºC and 15ºC. Aging on six months old lees inside stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Pale gold colour with metallic reflections.

In nose is brilliant, expressive, fresh, sensual and sweet with reminiscent touches of rose petals with reminiscent touches of fennel.

In mouth well-balanced, with no lack of rough edges and good acidity, good journey, and the unique nature of Godello.
