Vineyard

Our vineyards, grown without chemicals on sandy soil, have an average age of 45 years.

Development and Aging

Hand harvest and minimal handling of the fruit allow us to reflect the personality of every block, with selection of clusters of small berry size and balanced expression.

A short but intense maceration resulted in a beautiful wine sweet and floral notes and intense red little fruit on the nose and mouth. The lonecesario red wine is made by fermenting in small open containers, Bobal grape from the vineyard itself.

Aged 12 months in French oak.

	Pure, clean and mature bobal.
	Wide and greedy, but not excessively concentrated wine.
	Subtle personality of red fruit, oak and flowers.
