This reserve cava is born from a complex selection of best organic grapes from vineyards in the high areas of Requena. It has remained in total calm for more than 15 months at 15ºC and without any sudden changes in temperature or light. It has been growing in complexity and roundness in the mouth and polishing the finesse of its bubble.

Detailed description

 Tasting 

	Pale gold color with steely rim, bright, fine bubbles, crisp and persistent foam.
	On the nose displays intense aromas of ripe and light white fruit floral notes.
	On the palate it is fresh, grace, full and balanced with an integrated acidity, leaving a long aftertaste, harmonious and lengthy finish.
	This complex Cava is ideal to enjoy during the whole meal, being especially suitable for all kinds of fish, seafood and poultry. Also is unique when it is tasted with dishes of creamy rice.
