Making and Ageing

Making: state-of-the-art techniques as fall and entrance in the winery by gravity, controlled fermentation by temperature, controlled maceration all the process long and soft pumping.

An exhaustive and personalized health check is implemented for every variety of grape along all the plots of land in our vineyards. Furthermore, harvest is made on a staggering basis according to the degree of grape in order to make sure of the best final product.
