Winemaking and Vintage

Therefore, it was an inconsistent vintage that required selection in the field and when bringing in the grape.
Fermentation in small 5,000-litre stainless steel tanks with 10% stems, only gentle pumping-over. Maceration at 22 ºC for 12 days.
Ageing, 4 months in 225-litre 1-5 year old French oak barrels. Rest of ageing in concrete vats.


Fleshy, fruity and fresh wine. A breath of fresh air. Good acidity and fine tannins.


Pasta, rice dishes, plates with gelatinous meats.
