Ageing

This wine has been made from a selection of the best grapes of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo. After a slow and careful controlled fermentation, with peridic pumping in order to extract the desired colour and aromas, Beronia Crianza lasts for 12 months in tanks and, later, other 12 more months in mixed barrels with staves of American oak and bottoms of French oak to get the unique character “Beronia Style”. Before being sent to the market stays in the winery for 3 months at least.

	Clean and brilliant cherry red colour red wine.
	Attractive nose in which red fruit notes like cherries and raspberries, floral aromas in perfect Harmony with aromatic herbs an mineral touches are highlighted.
	In mouth is balanced and greety, where fruit and liquorice highlight over a background if chocolate and coffee. A persistent and well structured wine.
	A red wine ideal for roast, coal chops, iberian sausages o hard cheese.
