Detailed description

Vineyard

Calcareous-clay soil, at the estate of La Muela whose vineyard plot original name was "Pago of the Balagueses".

Cultivation

It is practiced according to natural cultural practices, organic certification, and with 1.8 Kg net outputs per vine.

Vintage

Selected vintage took place the first week of October waiting for optimum grape ripening conditions.

Making and Aging

Making has followed the traditional method achieving to extract the traditional quality of the variety.

Tasting

Covered pillory with violet rims.

Brooding bouquet, expressive, red fruit very well defined, ripe notes but fresh, sweet oak notes and spicy.

Shows good offense in mouth, sweet and fine matured tannins, very good acidity, long nose and structured with a very well defined and remarkable finesse.
