Detailed description

Making and Ageing

It is vinified in open stainless steel deposits with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days, with two daily stompings and a slight pump-over. It goes through malolactic fermentation and it is aged for 12 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.

Tasting

	Beautiful red cherry colour, medium to full body. Clean and bright.
	Medium-strong intensity. Aromas of mature red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) with an abundance of spiced and toasted tones.
	On the palate, it is strong. The next stage is flavoursome with a sensation of red and black fruit and a fine hint of vanilla. Acidity is well balanced and a tantalising taste. The end is long and pleasant.
