Detailed description

Vineyard, Making and Ageing

1920 comes from own selected vineyards, handcrafted work and low production with a balanced polyfenoles and sugar ripeness. Climate is a strong Mediterranean. Fermentation - maceration takes place at 25ºC in rotary flat tanks in order to make longer the period of maceration without extracting aggressive tannins and taking place maceration later. A post-fermentative maceration takes place up to bleeding according to organoleptic criteria. Malolactic fermentation in vertical tanks. Ageing in French and Hungarian oak barrel up to mid-July. Finally coupage of the two different varieties and bottling.


 Cherry red colour wine, covered and clean.

Intense aromas of mature fruit in nose, mineral and balsamic notes.

In mouth is meaty with much expressivity and roast memories. Very long final.
Ideal to pair rice, poultry, sausages, white and red meat, cheese.
